1 1/2 kg macese, 2 , 5 l apa.Se procedeaza ea la vinul de macese 1, numai ca se folosesc macese coapte dar fara sa fie lovite de bruma si in cantitati mai mici.
Se obtine un vin bun care prin sedere, isi imbunatateste calitatile.
